Pierre Métivier, founder and owner, is an engineer since 1982 and member of the Order of Engineers of Quebec (OIQ) since 1987.

    In 1982, Pierre graduated in engineering from l’ÉcolePolytechnique of Montreal.
    Graduated from Collège Grasset in building inspection in 2007.
    22 years of dedicated services at Bombardier as plant engineer and facility Manager.
    Member of the OIQ since 1987.
    Graduated Building Inspector since 2007.
    $10,000,000 ($250,000 per claim) inssurance for Errors and Omissions for residential and commercial inspection and engineering expertise.
    Les Inspections PM ENRG provides a comprehensive detailed inspection report to buyers and sellers of a residential or commercial building. Our goal is to identify the issues and problems that may not be visible to the naked eye and to provide our clients with in-depth explanations and solutions.
